After the restriction time of Covid - no competition, difficult training situation - we need some fun und new experience/science of the running and triathlon world.
We arrange some individual seminars for the year 2021 for
- Running technic and training plan Saturday
- Swim and Cycling technic for triathletes
- Nutrition program for Health Life
