Daily routine(Example)

      Aqua Jogging to strengthen the muscles and to improve endurance and mobility in the water (60 minutes)
    • Afternoon:
      Free time to explore local attractions or relax
    • Evening:
      Pilates, Stretching, Yoga to strengthen the flexibility
    • Brain storming: 
      Thematic health lectures and video presentation of the training (30 min)
