With your defined personal goal and the Check-Up information/data we will develop an individual and concerned concept for your training. The training plan will be accompanied through the training period. We check your training success on a data sheet and we have every training day a chat about your performance situation.
We will set markers and control these markers to reach your goal. The markers help prevent overtraining. Main important is to have fun and prevent injuries. The sense of this training method is to reduce the stress moments in body and to get more energy for life through compensation.
