Running Training
After the running test we will develop the individual training plan.
The training plan takes into account the individual needs and requirements of the respective active person.
Components of a training plan are:
- Different running, cycling and swimming units
- Weight lost plan and daily weighing
- Nutrition plan
- Training with trainer
- Individual self training and daily communication about your training
- Monthly check up - data statistic about your improvement
Consistent, permanent communication between the active and the trainers is important. Because this is the only way to ensure sustainable success and injury-free training.
